Policy / Returns
Delicate Goods sells selected, often one-of-one pieces. Each item is documented before release.
All one-of-one, vintage, secondhand, collectible, and limited goods are final sale unless an item arrives materially different from the listing.
Natural wear, aging, fading, and minor imperfections are part of many selected pieces and are described or shown when known.
If an order arrives damaged or materially incorrect, contact Delicate Goods within seven days of delivery.
Include the order email, item name, and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
Approved resolutions may include a return, refund, or other correction depending on the issue.
Returned items must be sent back in the condition received.
